Chicken meat marinates well and becomes very soft and juicy. Tender chicken breast meat itself has a neutral taste, which is why it is so well complemented by all kinds of spices and additives. The dish is prepared very quickly and simply, even a novice hostess can handle it. The breast is prepared without the addition of sour cream, mayonnaise, or other fatty sauce, which makes the dish light and dietary. Chicken fillet turns out so tasty that it is quite suitable even for a festive table. At the same time, it can be used to prepare various salads and snacks.

  • 1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it from excess moisture with paper towels, and clean it from fat and films. Sprinkle a heat-resistant baking dish with vegetable oil, and put the prepared chicken fillet in it.
  • 2. Drizzle the chicken fillet with lemon juice.
  • 3. Season the meat with lemon-pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and ground paprika. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  • 4. Place a piece of butter on top of each chicken fillet. Send the form with meat to the oven preheated to 400 °F for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Add to the finished chicken fillet finely chopped parsley.
  • 6. Serve the baked chicken fillet with your favorite side dish or fresh vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
