Chicken pancakes

Today we will cook tender chicken pancakes, using ground meat, a juicy onion, an egg and some flour. Does that sound simple? It is! You’re going to love these pancakes.

  • 1. Chop the chicken breasts and place in a blender. Peel and dice the onion and add to the breasts. Season with pepper, and pulse until smooth.
  • 2. Stir in the egg.
  • 3. Add the flour, mayo (or sour cream) and salt, and mix everything together.
  • 4. Preheat the oil in a skillet. Put tablespoonsful of the pancake mixture into the pan. Over a medium flame, fry each side until golden, with the lid on.
  • 5. When the pancakes are done, drain them on a paper towel. Serve with sour cream.
