Steps
1.Chop the chicken breasts and place in a blender. Peel and dice the onion and add to the breasts. Season with pepper, and pulse until smooth.
2.Stir in the egg.
3.Add the flour, mayo (or sour cream) and salt, and mix everything together.
4.Preheat the oil in a skillet. Put tablespoonsful of the pancake mixture into the pan. Over a medium flame, fry each side until golden, with the lid on.
5.When the pancakes are done, drain them on a paper towel. Serve with sour cream.
