A salad with beetroot and chicken is light and healthy but it’s so delicious that even those who hate “healthy” food will be jealous. Everyone knows the benefits of beets, which can be boiled or roasted.
1.Boil the beetroot or wrap it in foil and bake it in the oven until soft. Boil the egg and the chicken breasts.
2.Arrange slices of cooked beetroot on a plate.
3.Add a layer of a feta cheese.
4.Season with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and spice mix.
5.Slice the chicken thinly and place over the feta.
6.Add another layer of cheese, spice mix, vinegar and oil.
7.Garnish with olives and the chopped boiled egg.
8.Fry half-rings of onion and chopped walnuts in a dry pan and add to the salad.
9.Season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and spices. Decorate with parsley or dill. The salad is ready. Bon appetit!
