Cabbage and Green Pea Salad
Ingredients for 2 servings:
• ¼ head of cabbage
• ½ onion
• ½ can of green peas (canned)
• Salt - to taste
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation:
Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Massage it well with your hands in a deep container.
Dice the onion
Add the canned green peas.
For the dressing, add salt, sugar, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Mix everything well and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
