  • 1. Make chicken spice if not using a store bought one, by combining all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  • 2. Add the chicken drumsticks to a large zip-lock bag, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Close the bag and massage the seasonings into chicken surface until well-coated. Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. For best flavor allow the chicken to marinate even longer; you can let it sit overnight for the best softness and flavor.
  • 3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the chicken drumsticks on an oil-sprayed baking sheet spacing them apart so they aren't touching each other. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn the drumsticks and cook for additional 10 minutes, or until cooked through (chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees before consumption).
  • 4. These easy chicken drumsticks pair well with almost any side dish! If you are trying to keep your dinner a little lighter, serve them with a side of freshly cooked vegetables or a simple green tossed salad.
