Green peas 1/2cups
Directions:

Cabbage and Bell Pepper Salad
Ingredients for 2 servings:
• ¼ head of cabbage
• ½ onion
• ½ bell pepper
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt - to taste
Preparation:
Thinly slice the cabbage. Place it in a deep salad bowl and massage it well with your hands.
Dice the onion.
Dice the bell pepper as well.
Grate the carrot using a large grater.
Add salt, sugar, vinegar, and olive oil. Mix well.
Massage it again with your hands. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Cabbage and Green Pea Salad
Ingredients for 2 servings:
• ¼ head of cabbage
• ½ onion
• ½ can of green peas (canned)
• Salt - to taste
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation:
Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Massage it well with your hands in a deep container.
Dice the onion
Add the canned green peas.
For the dressing, add salt, sugar, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Mix everything well and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Cabbage Salad with Egg and Cucumber
Ingredients for 2 servings:
• ¼ head of cabbage
• 2 cucumbers
• 2 eggs
• ½ can of corn (canned)
• ½ tsp mustard
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• Salt - to taste
Preparation:
Thinly slice the cabbage and massage it with your hands.
Cut the cucumbers into quarters
Add the corn.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Cut the egg whites into quarters.
Mash the egg yolks with a fork, add sour cream, mustard, and salt.
Mix well and dress the salad.
Mix everything well again. Enjoy your meal!
