Chicken fillet 2pcs
Olive oil 1.5ounce
Paprika 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Onion powder 0.5tsp
Cream cheese 2.5ounce
Parmesan 1.5ounce
Mayonnaise 1.5ounce
bunch of fresh spinach 1pcs
Red pepper 0.5tsp
Garlic powder -to taste
Directions:
1.
Wash the chicken fillet, and dry it from excess moisture with paper towels. Clean the meat from fat and films. Drizzle the chicken fillet with olive oil. In a separate bowl, combine smoked paprika, salt, dried garlic, and onion powder.
2.
Rub the chicken fillet with a mixture of salt and spices on both sides. With a sharp knife, make cuts along each chicken fillet to make pockets without cutting through the meat to the end.
3.
In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and finely chopped parmesan. Wash the spinach leaves, dry them from excess moisture, cut them into strips, and add to the rest of the ingredients. Add red pepper, salt to taste, ground black pepper, and dried garlic to the filling. Stir the ingredients to make the filling homogeneous.
4.
Fill the chicken fillet pockets with the finished cheese filling. Transfer the stuffed chicken fillet to a heat-resistant baking dish. Send the meat to the oven preheated to 400 ℉ for 25-30 minutes.
5.
When the chicken fillet is browned, carefully remove it from the oven. Serve hot with your favorite side dish. It can be vegetables, rice or couscous. Enjoy your meal!
