Try making a loaf of delicious banana bread for dessert. It has a dense, slightly moist texture. Slightly overripe bananas are ideal for baking, as they are the most fragrant and sweet. With just a few essential ingredients you probably already have at home, you can make a delicious treat for the whole family. These pastries are perfect as a dessert with a morning cup of coffee, an afternoon snack, or a picnic treat.
Bananas 3pcs
Sugar 6.3ounce
Eggs 2pcs
Flour 7.5-7.7ounce
Butter 3.5ounce
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Baking powder 0.5tsp
Soda bicarbonate 1tsp
Ground cinnamon 1tsp
Salt 0.25tsp
Directions:
1.
Peel ripe bananas, transfer them to a deep bowl, and mash them with a fork into a smooth puree.
2.
Melt the butter in the microwave. When the oil has cooled to room temperature, add it to the chopped bananas. Stir well.
3.
Add sugar, 2 eggs, and vanilla extract to the resulting mixture. Instead of vanilla extract, you can use 0.25 teaspoon of vanillin or 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Once again, stir the ingredients thoroughly.
4.
Add the wheat flour to the dough. Add baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
5.
Stir the ingredients with a silicone spatula. The batter for the banana bread should be thick and smooth.
6.
Carefully transfer the dough into a rectangular baking dish. If you are using a metal, ceramic, or glass baking dish, brush the bottom and sides of the dish with butter.
7.
Gently level the dough with a silicone spatula. Bake banana bread in an oven preheated to 350 °F for 50-60 minutes. Check it for doneness with a wooden skewer. If it comes out of the banana bread dry, without any traces of dough, the cake is ready.
8.
Cool the finished banana bread a little, carefully remove it from the mold and leave it to cool on a wire rack to room temperature. Cut the finished pastries into portioned pieces and serve with tea or coffee.
Enjoy your meal!
