Scrambled Eggs with Cheese

Scrambled eggs with cheese are definitely the most delicious, quick and healthy breakfast food. What's the best addition to the fried eggs with cheese? Ham of course. Ingredients:

Eggs 4pcs

Milk 4tbsp

Cheddar cheese 3ounce

Ham 2ounce

Unsalted butter 1/2tbsp

Salt 1/4tsp

Fresh parsley, chopped 1tbsp

Black pepper -to taste

Directions:

1. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper

2. Shred cheese (for cheddar make sure your cheese is cold). Cut ham into matchsticks

3. Stir in cheese and ham into the egg mixture

4. In a nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat until foamy. Add eggs and cook, stirring from the side to the middle. Cook until large, fluffy curds form

5. Season with parsley or dill and serve on toast or just plate.
