Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or chopped 3pcs

Celery, diced 1cup

Green apple, diced 1pcs

Seedless grapes, halved 1cup

Green onion, chopped 1/2cup

Fresh parsley, chopped 1tbsp

Mayonnaise 1cup

Lime juice 1/2pcs

Dijon mustard 2tbsp

Salt -to taste

Directions:

1. In a large bowl combine the shredded or chopped chicken, diced apples and celery, halved grapes, chopped green onion and parsley.

2. In a small bowl add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, juice of half of a lime; mix well.

3. Add the dressing mixture to the large bowl and lightly toss together to combine, then add salt to taste.

4. Serve Apple and Grape Salad with Chicken immediately or cover, and refrigerate.
